Position Overview
As a Sales/Business Development Representative at Anytime AI, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective law firms and legal teams. You will own outbound & inbound prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities. Your work will accelerate pipeline creation, set qualified meetings for Account Executives, and lay the foundation for strong customer relationships in a high-growth legal tech SaaS environment. This role thrives on high activity, solid communication skills, a passion for sales, and a relentless drive to create opportunities where none existed.
Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to law firms and legal professionals.
Build and manage targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and similar tools.
Identify and engage key decision-makers (partners, managing partners, practice leaders).
Prompt follow-up on inbound leads with multiple points of contact.
Qualification & Pipeline Support
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before passing to Account Executives.
Book qualified meetings and ensure clean handoffs to the sales team.
Follow structured outreach cadences and iterate messaging based on performance.
CRM & Execution
Maintain accurate activity and lead records in CRM tools (Zoho).
Track daily KPIs including calls, emails, conversations, and meetings booked.
Consistently hit activity and meeting targets through disciplined execution.
Collaboration
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and ideal customer profiles.
Share feedback from prospects to help improve outreach and positioning.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
1–3+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred; legal tech a plus).
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Comfortable using ZoomInfo or similar data tools for list building.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume outreach.
Mindset

Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with rejection.
Comfortable using ZoomInfo or similar data tools for list building.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Tech Proficiency
Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
