Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and creative Event Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will lead the planning and execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, customer events, partner events, product launches, and internal corporate events
Manage event logistics, including venues, vendors, travel, catering, production, registration, and attendee experience; ensure seamless event execution and troubleshoot issues in real time
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, sponsors, and partners
Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans; track and analyze event KPIs, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI
Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements
Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events across digital channels, including email, social media, and paid campaigns
Support lead generation and pipeline growth through event initiatives
Coordinate event content, speaker preparation, presentation materials, and branded assets
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in event management or marketing
Proven experience managing corporate or B2B events
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Experience with webinar and event platforms (Zoom, Hopin, Airmeet, etc.) is a plus
Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, or legal industries preferred.
Familiarity with the legal domain is a strong plus
