About the Webinar
With five decades in practice, Arnold Bernstein shares how AI now fits into his personal injury work, drawing on real matters from his own caseload.
Moderated by John Blake, the session examines where AI saved meaningful time, where attorney judgment and review remained essential, and what lawyers should weigh when selecting and supervising an AI tool, including client confidentiality and vendor support.
What will be covered
Five decades, one practice: evaluating new technology after years of established systems.
A bad faith response letter: an AI-drafted letter, the attorney’s review, and the one sentence he changed.
Demand letters with exhibits: 30–45 minutes saved per letter, and 30–40 hours over a year.
Client mailers: building on the firm’s own templates and existing standards.
Choosing and supervising an AI vendor: support, responsiveness, and protecting client information.
Advice for skeptics, plus live Q&A: where an experienced attorney should start.
