Michael G. Donahue, III, Esq. is the Managing Shareholder of Stark & Stark, PC, and a certified civil trial attorney. A respected leader in both trial advocacy and legal ethics, Mr. Donahue has been at the forefront of advancing responsible legal innovation, including the ethical integration of artificial intelligence in legal practice.
He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and previously held roles on its Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Council of Presidents. In New Jersey, he is a past Chair of the NJSBA Civil Trial Bar Section and serves on the Executive Committee of its Artificial Intelligence Committee. A past President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), he remains a key contributor to NJAJ’s Executive Committee and co-chairs its Amicus Curiae Committee.
